At Studio DOS, we strive for perfection in every garment, but we understand that sometimes the fit or feel isn't exactly what you expected. We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Studio DOS packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
